Tactician Insert Express is an innovative internet-based program that gives sales representatives and
other support staff the ability to produce comprehensive newspaper preprint and other campaigns including a
proposal summary, distribution detail and map in a matter of minutes.
Any authorized individual in an organization will be able to produce an extensive amount of materials to
support advertiser programs.

Users can log-in from their offices or on the road. Secure access is available through your intranet or
Web site, or directly through the Web at www.tactician.com.
Imagine sitting in front of a client and viewing up to date distribution projections for the newspaper,
single copy sales, TMC and other shared mail programs. Everything is up to date and at the user's
fingertips.
Intuitive User Interface
Users walk through an easy to use wizard based interface. In a matter of minutes, they can produce all
the items necessary to close the sale.
All proposals have a name and description for easy handling or future retrieval. In fact, a high
percentage of all proposals produced on the system are previous orders that have an insert date change.
Within seconds, a user can open a previously placed proposal, change the date, and complete the entire
process.
Extensive Advertiser Library
Each user may have an extensive library of advertisers specially designated for their accounts.
Advertiser sites may also be grouped for easy retrieval.
In addition, users can define an advertiser site as a single location or a specific area such as a DMA,
County, ZIP Code or any combination. The system features a "pick and click" operation as well as simple
tools to add and locate new advertiser locations.
