Tactician Territory Manager Online
Overview
Tactician Online's internet-based territory management system. Users can upload territory alignment
scenarios to field managers for immediate review, analysis and alignment.

| Interactively align and balance territories online |
Each Tactician Online user is provided with a User ID and PIN that provides them with instant access to
their set of sales territories. An administrative user(s) can identify the level of access that each user
may have, including view only (Viewer System) and read/write (full Alignment System) access. In addition,
the administrator can control whom each user can share their alignment scenarios with (i.e., entire company,
region manager, district manager, etc.)
The system is 100% web-based - no software or data is installed on the end users computer.
A Tactician Online user can manage and map an unlimited number of alignment scenarios. Each scenario has
a name, description, modified date, and version number.

A scenario can have an unlimited number of versions. The most recent version of a scenario is "pinned"
and displayed to the user in a spreadsheet. A user can "pin" an older version to make it the "active"
version.
A Tactician Online user can perform a variety of tasks, including View, Align, Report, Create, and
Manage alignment scenarios. Based on the user's User ID and level of access, one or more of the tasks may
not be available. The company's administrator user controls all of the user's access control.
Alignment scenarios that have been modified by Tactician Online users can be downloaded back to the
Tactician Territory Optimizer Desktop system via the desktop systems user interface. No additional software
or files are necessary to download the date. Once the revised alignment scenarios have been downloaded, they
can be easily incorporated into the desktop systems territory analysis.
Users can generate standard reports. Reports contain alignment information, including current territory,
new territory, ZIP Codes that have changed territories, and individual maps of each territory configuration.
These reports are HTML based and can be printed and e-mailed to non-users directly from the Tactician Online
interface.
