Standard Technical Support
With the purchase, or annual maintenance renewal of every Tactician Solution, all customers enjoy complimentary Standard Technical Support. Standard Technical Support covers issues or questions related to the technical operation of Tactician software. Standard Technical Support includes: installation help; registration support; documentation issues; licensing questions; and defect identification/reports. Standard Technical Support does not include Premium Support, training or consulting services on how to use Tactician Solutions effectively.
Premium Support is a program designed to provide enhanced support for Tactician solutions and is available for an additional charge to customers who hold a current software license.
Premium Support provides access to Tactician experts who are experienced in assisting organizations meet their goals, objectives and challenges.
Premium Support via telephone or email is provided on a ‘per incident’ basis. It is our highest level of support, and meets customer mission-critical needs by minimizing response and resolution times. Included in Premium Support are all the benefits of Standard Technical Support and the following:
