Creating a Chart of Your Data

If you have created a table in Tactician Online's Strategy Map DataDashboard, you can view a chart of all variables for a single site, or one variable value for all sites.

Note: To select variables for display in the DataDashboard, you must first use the Data Tab in the Wizard to add variables to your analysis. If you have not added variables, use the Return to Wizard button from the Strategy Map to access the Wizard. Click the Data tab, and add data in the Additional Variables for Analysis section.  For further information, refer to the Strategy Map section of the online help.

Benefits of creating a table or chart of your data include:

  • Quickly and easily view your table data in chart form.

  • Eliminate the need to step through the wizard to see your data in a chart.

  • See data represented in three different visuals from one source.

To view a chart:

  • of all variables for a single site -  click the chart icon  next to the site name in the site column.
  • of all sites for a single variable - click the chart icon   in the column heading for the variable you want to see.

To return to the table view:

  • Click  in the chart view.

Note: In your table, you can click any column heading to sort in ascending order by variable value. Click the column header a second time to sort in descending order.
