Before submitting a request to technical support, please check the following:

The help file included with the product is packed with regularly updated information including a
"What's New" section describing new features and enhancements.
Please be sure you have the following information when you submit an incident online:

Your Tactician Product Serial Number
You can obtain this from your product installation disk or by launching Tactician and selecting
"Help > About Tactician" from the menu.

Your Tactician Product Name & Version
You can obtain this from your product installation disk or by launching Tactician and selecting
"Help > About Tactician" from the menu.

Your Operating System
Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, etc.

Tactician Error Message (if applicable)
Also include the steps to recreate the error.
