Tactician One: Basics for New Users
Course Overview
This course is an introduction to Tactician's completely rewritten program Tactician One. Users will
learn how to utilize the basic features of the system and will be introduced to more advanced items as
well. You will learn to manipulate and skillfully analyze data in the newest of Tactician's products.
Time will also be spent introducing users to the power of site and territory analysis in the system.
You will learn how to:
- Create and modify map views to display your business data
- Import and thematically map point and polygon based data
- Use the systems powerful expression and query capabilities to enhance the analysis and display of
your data
- Create custom site and territory trade areas
You will also be introduced to the fundamentals of:
- How to contrast and compare locations using the new multiple views
- Export your analysis for use in other internal systems
- Interact with the Tactician Online web site to access additional data and reports

Class Requirements
Familiarity with Windows based computers is advised. This is an introductory course to the Tactician One
software and will cover all the basics plus some advanced analysis tools.
